What's New in Inspectr

These features are now generally available — and fully integrated for Buildium users.

Inspectr gives property managers clear visibility into what's in their properties, what's driving spend, and what it will cost to operate over time. All features below are now live, with native Buildium integration available out of the box.

Automatic Inspection Analysis

Upload photos, reports, or videos—Inspectr handles the rest.

Inspectr instantly converts any inspection data into a complete Property Condition Summary. Our engine automatically detects defects, assesses each system, identifies repair priorities, and generates a full condition report.

What you get:

  • System-by-system analysis with mapped photos and findings
  • Auto-generated repair list with cost estimates
  • Job-planned work orders with skills, materials, and vendor recommendations
  • Portfolio-wide inspection QA to standardize quality across properties

Equipment Intelligence

To control costs, you need to know what you own. Inspectr builds that automatically.

Inspectr identifies visible equipment directly from your photos and videos—HVACs, water heaters, refrigerators, and more—and builds a live equipment inventory without manual data entry.

For each piece of equipment, we track:

  • Make, model, and serial number extracted from labels and nameplates
  • Equipment type and key specs
  • Warranties and manuals (linked automatically)
  • Expected useful life
  • Recommended maintenance

This information shows up directly inside work orders too, so teams and vendors have the right context to fix things faster.
