Portfolio-Level Performance Dashboards

Compare operational performance across every property in your portfolio from one view.

The SLA Performance & Preventive Maintenance dashboard (Maintenance → SLA Analysis at the portfolio level) gives you a cross-property comparison of operational metrics.

Property Comparison

The Property Comparison table shows each property side-by-side with detailed metrics. This view is designed for identifying which properties need attention and comparing operational efficiency across your portfolio.

  • Completion rate — Percentage of work orders closed within SLA
  • Attendance rate — Percentage where first on-site response met target window
  • First-time fix rate — Percentage resolved on the first visit
  • Planned maintenance % — Ratio of PM to reactive work orders
  • Total work orders — Volume for the selected period
  • Date range — Period covered by the data

Portfolio Summary

Portfolio-level summary stats sit at the top, aggregating all properties into a single view. This is designed for executive reporting and portfolio-wide benchmarking:

  • Total properties reporting — Number of properties with data in the period
  • Aggregate completion % — Portfolio-wide completion rate
  • Attendance % — Portfolio-wide attendance rate
  • First-time fix % — Portfolio-wide first-time fix rate
  • Total work order count — Sum across all properties

SLA Trend Chart

Below the table, an SLA Trend chart shows how each property's performance is tracking over time.

  • X-axis — Time (monthly intervals)
  • Y-axis — Percentage (0-100%)
  • Lines — One per property, color-coded
  • Toggle — Switch between Complete, Attend, and Preventive metrics

A healthy trend shows consistent performance at or above your target thresholds. Watch for properties trending downward or consistently below the portfolio average — these may need operational support.

Custom KPI Targets

Custom KPI targets are coming soon. In the meantime, you can tell Inspectr your benchmarks directly and it will factor them into your analysis.
