The Performance section (Maintenance → Performance) produces a monthly report for your portfolio.
Executive Summary
Each report opens with an executive summary showing:
- Total work orders opened and closed
- Total spend
- Average cost
- Closure rate
- Average days to close
All metrics include month-over-month trend indicators.
Key Metrics
Key metrics are displayed alongside: opened, closed, still open, closure rate, average close time, total spend, and average cost — each with directional arrows showing whether they improved or worsened versus the prior month.
Flagged Items
Work orders with potential cost concerns worth reviewing. Each flagged item includes the vendor, property, cost, and a detailed explanation of why it was flagged (e.g., "this job is more than double the portfolio median for similar work — here are comparable jobs that came in cheaper").
Highlights
Strong outcomes where diagnosis and cost aligned well. These show where Inspectr's enrichment led to efficient resolution — the right vendor, the right scope, the right price.
