Cost Benchmarking (Maintenance → Benchmarks) breaks down your maintenance spend across every job category. For each category, you see the number of projects, average cost, and a flag count showing how many individual jobs exceeded the expected range.
Portfolio Summary
The left panel shows portfolio-level summary stats:
- Average cost across all projects
- Total project count
- Regional breakdown with average costs by region so you can spot geographic pricing differences
High Cost Vendors
The right panel highlights high-cost vendors — vendors whose projects consistently come in more than 20% above the portfolio median for that job type. Each vendor shows the percentage premium and how many projects are in the sample.

Click into any category to see the individual jobs, costs, and vendors behind the numbers.
