Inspectr integrates with property management and CAFM platforms to receive work orders in real time. Once connected, work orders arrive in the Feed automatically — no manual upload or copy-paste.

Setting Up Your Connection
Navigate to Integrations in the left sidebar to set up your connection. The integration typically requires an API key or OAuth authorization from your platform — setup takes a few minutes.
Getting Started
Once connected, Inspectr begins enriching incoming work orders immediately. Historical work orders can also be imported during setup to build your cost benchmarks and failure history from day one.
Note: Importing historical work orders is recommended — it gives Inspectr the data it needs to provide accurate cost estimates and identify patterns from your first enrichment.
