How Inspectr Builds PM Programs

Preventive maintenance schedules built from actual equipment, manufacturer recommendations, and observed condition.

Inspectr builds a PM program from the equipment already in your inventory. For each asset, it pulls manufacturer-recommended maintenance tasks, frequencies, and procedures from the documentation it sourced during enrichment. Then it factors in observed condition (from inspection data, if available) and any compliance requirements you specify.

The result is a portfolio-wide PM schedule where every task traces back to a specific piece of equipment, a specific manufacturer recommendation, and a specific reason. Tasks can be grouped by technician, location, or schedule logic, and the program updates automatically as you add, remove, or update equipment.

Not a Generic Checklist

This isn't a generic checklist — it's a PM program that knows you have a Goodman ARUF30B14AC air handler in unit 116394 at 1234 Main Street, and that the manufacturer specifies monthly filter inspection and replacement to maintain airflow and system efficiency.
