Creating a Capital Plan

Build a capital replacement schedule by telling Inspectr what you need — it generates the plan, you refine it.

Capital planning in Inspectr is conversation-driven. Navigate to Equipment → Budget and use the chat to describe what you want. Your prompt builds the plan, and subsequent prompts refine it. The visualization updates with each change.

"Using this equipment inventory, generate a 10-year capital replacement schedule. Show year-by-year spend, flag any years with heavy clustering, and recommend a leveled annual reserve."

Inspectr pulls from the useful life data, condition ratings, and replacement costs already in your equipment profiles to build the schedule. You'll see the plan visualized alongside the chat.
