The Equipment Inventory shows every asset Inspectr has identified or that you've added manually. Each row shows brand, model, serial number, equipment type, property, status, and the date it was added.
You can search by serial number or unit, and filter by property, type, specific type, brand, model, or status. The inventory is paginated — a typical view might show hundreds or thousands of assets across multiple properties.
Available Filters
- Property — Filter to a specific building or site
- Type — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Specific Type — Rooftop unit, water heater, air handler, etc.
- Brand — Carrier, Rheem, Trane, etc.
- Model — Search for specific model numbers
- Status — Active, replaced, or flagged for replacement
