A live view of every work order flowing through Inspectr from your property management platform.
The Work Order Feed (Maintenance → Feed) shows each work order as it arrives from your connected platform and gets enriched by Inspectr. Every row shows the task ID, property, platform receipt status, enrichment status, creation date, and download links for two PDF versions.
Filtering and Search
Filter by status — All, Enriched, Skipped, or Failed — and search by task ID or property name. The feed is paginated and updates in real time as new work orders come in.
What You See in the Feed
- Task ID — The work order identifier from your source system
- Property — The property where the work order originated
- Platform Status — Whether the work order was received from your platform
- Enrichment Status — Whether Inspectr has enriched the work order
- Creation Date — When the work order was created
- PDF Downloads — Vendor and Internal report buttons
Tip: Use the status filters to quickly identify work orders that failed enrichment and may need manual review.
