Enriching a Property

Let Inspectr search public sources to fill in building systems, amenities, unit types, and more.

From any property profile, click Enrich Property (or Property Profile in the top right). Inspectr searches public sources for information about the property — building systems, amenities, unit counts, square footage, and other details that help build a more complete picture.

Why enrich?

Enrichment is optional but improves the accuracy of condition assessments, capital plans, and cost estimates by giving Inspectr more context about what's at the property before you upload inspection data.

What Inspectr looks for

  • Property characteristics (unit counts, square footage, year built)
  • Amenities and common areas
  • Renovation history

Note: The specific systems at a property (HVAC type, plumbing configuration, etc.) are determined from your inspection photos — not from enrichment. Enrichment provides background context; your photos provide the ground truth.
