How Inspectr Maps Your Data

When you upload work order history, Inspectr reads your column headers and maps them to its internal data model. You don't need to rename columns or restructure your export. Common field names from major platforms (Buildium, AppWork, RealPage, HappyCo, and most CAFM systems) are recognized automatically.

If a field can't be mapped, Inspectr flags it during upload and asks you to confirm the mapping. Once confirmed, that mapping is remembered for future uploads from the same source.
