Properties can arrive in Inspectr two ways: synced automatically from a connected platform, or added manually.
Adding a property manually
To add a property manually, click + Add Property from the Properties page (available in both Map and List views) or use Add Manually from the Integrations page. Enter the property name, address, and any additional details you have.
Verifying data is syncing
After connecting a platform, you can verify data is syncing correctly by checking the Sync History and Status page. Look for recent sync timestamps and confirm record counts match your expectations.

Why properties matter
Properties organize everything in Inspectr — condition assessments, equipment, work orders, and performance metrics are all tied to a property. Adding properties first makes it easier to assign data as it comes in.
