From the Scheduler, click Export to download your PM schedule as a CSV. Each row includes the task name, equipment, location, frequency, estimated time, cost, and step-by-step instructions.
Export Includes
- Task name
- Equipment (brand, model, serial)
- Location (property, unit, area)
- Frequency
- Estimated time
- Cost
- Step-by-step instructions
Direct Integration
If you have an integration connected (AppWork, Vantify, or other supported systems), tasks can push directly without the export step.
