On the Repairs tab, select the repair items you want to export using the checkboxes, then export them as work orders.
What gets exported
Each repair item becomes a work order with the following pre-populated:
- Item description
- Recommended action
- Location
- Severity
- Estimated cost
Export options
If you have an integration connected (AppWork, Vantify, or other supported CAFM systems), repairs push directly to your property management system.
Otherwise, export as a CSV for import into your property management system.
This closes the loop between "we found this" and "we assigned this" — no re-keying, no lost findings.
