What's included
The checklist shows:
- What was evaluated — all the building components and systems that were assessed
- What was found — components that showed issues or conditions worth noting
- What wasn't inspectable — areas or systems that couldn't be evaluated from the provided data
Why this matters
The checklist helps you understand the scope and completeness of the assessment. If critical systems show as "not inspectable," you may want to upload additional photos or documentation to get a more complete picture.
